The Warrior Writers Project is an opportunity for veterans to come together and connect. The ability to reconcile and heal through sharing their words with each other and you is enabled through the purchase of the Warrior Writers books. The funds generated help pay for veterans from around the country to travel to Warrior Writer workshops. Volumes are in the permanent collections at Yale University, University of Vermont and the University of Minnesota.

A workshop was held at the Green Door Studio in Burlington, VT in April of 2007, including a writer's workshop and an evening performance of work created during the workshop.

You may also want to read Pam Polston's article in Seven Days (Burlington, VT) about the newest Warrior Writers release, Re-making Sense. The first book, Move, Shoot and Communicate was released in April, 2007. The limited edition of 300 has since sold out. Contact Drew Cameron for more information or to purchase a copy of Re-making Sense ($20), the second anthology in the series.
